Functional features:
Modular conveyor. It can be extended through additional parts without the need of
being replaced. The tip-up opening gives easy access for cleaning.
Easily removable pushers. Automatic positioning of pushers according to head-cutting
unit, as well as change of pitch.
Universal forming tunnel.
Self-centring reel holder with progressive braking according to film consumption. Axial
adjustment of guide rolls through proper hinge and angular inclination obtained by
operating on a handle.
Sealing group equipped with three couples of independent stainless rolls. The film
feeding system grants a safe and easy handling and prevents film waste.
Automatic adjustment of bag length and film tension accordingly.
Safe functioning of head-cutter unit. If the product is caught, the jaws immediately go
back and the system can be electronically set in phase.
Stop in phase suitable to be programmed.
Colour touchscreen (6,5 inches) allows a general view of machine functions. Possibility
to store up to 40 different programs.
